Research Activities

      Preparation of micro- and nano-structured materials with different morphologies using different methods, such as soft-chemistry routes, microwave-assisted synthesis, hydrothermal/solvothermal reactions, sonochemical process, spray pyrolysis and directly applying voltages. The products have the potential for using as superionic materials, optical filters, light emitting diodes and diode lasers, transparent conducting electrodes of solar cells, and chemical and biological sensors. Diamond-like carbon (DLC) and other novel materials for use in industrial and agricultural sectors are also produced.
